It's my first time, I have just bought a book - what do I do next?

Go to www.zoom.us and follow the steps to download ZOOM on the device you intend on using to watch the bingo. Make sure to allow audio when asked. Once you have that installed, it is set up for you every time you join to play in the future! We will send you the ID and password to use for the bingo night along with your bingo book.

Does the caller know if there is a check?

Yes, the bingo caller knows if their is a winning panel in play. The caller always stops the bingo and says “we have a check” giving you time to shout “CHECK” and call back your panel number LIVE to the bingo caller. Also to note, do not worry if you cannot call it back. We ask for someone to claim it live, if they do not on the night, this still remains the winning panel.

What happens if the POST does not arrive in time?

Unfortunately, you will not have a book to play on the night. However, your books still will remain in play. We can send you a recording of the night so that you can play when they do come and in your own time. All you need to do is pop us a message and we will make sure to send it on.

What happens if my internet goes down before or during the bingo?

This will happen from time to time. Sometimes it will come back within minutes. Of course, the bingo goes on, however, you cannot miss a win if you have the winning panel. You can also dial in by calling the landline provided to listen to the bingo. This is done through your phone network and not the internet.

What should I do if I win on the night?

You must take a photo of the FULL sheet & circle the panel number you won. We must be able to see the date & page number clearly. Send this photo by Whatsapp to 0877192082. Our team will verify that it was a winning panel

What happens if I cannot call back check?

Again do not worry, all you need to do is claim though Whatsapp like you would even if you did call it back on the night.

How long does the bingo last?

We open up the ZOOM meeting at 7.30 pm, allowing you time to connect and check everything is working. Eyes down at 8 pm sharp. We have a 15-minute break with a concert at half time. Then to finish off we have the second half of the bingo and usually finish up at 10.05 pm. A full night of entertainment!

Do I have to play on Friday or is there a way to play after?

Yes, we can send you a recording of the bingo night so that you can play in your own time. *

Can I set up an account so that I can get my book each week?

Yes of course, If you call us directly we can organise to enter your order weekly and your card will be charged weekly.

How do I get my ZOOM link if I choose to get my books posted?

We send everyone who chooses post their ZOOM link on Wednesday.
